We collect your email address and password (hashed) when you create an account. When you use the Service, we process email content to generate summaries. We also collect usage data such as token consumption.

2. Email Credentials & Content

Your email credentials are stored locally in the app on your device — they are never transmitted to or stored on our servers. Email content is sent to our servers solely for processing and is not retained after your digest is generated. Summaries are produced using commercial large language model (LLM) providers. These providers do not use your data for model training.

3. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used to: provide the Service, manage your account and subscription, communicate service updates, and improve the product.

4. Data Security

We use HTTPS for all connections, store passwords with strong hashing (PBKDF2), and use server-controlled authentication with short-lived tokens.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with payment processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal) solely to process your transactions.

6. Data Retention

Account data is retained while your account is active. You may request account deletion by contacting support.

7. Cookies

We use httpOnly session cookies for authentication. We do not use third-party tracking cookies.
